Item never recieved + No refund?

A few days ago, I bought three items online for pickup in-store the next day. One of them was the RareBeauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush. It said limited stock left for the shade I wanted so I bought it immediately. After a few minutes, I got the email confirmation saying everything was processed but the blush went out of stock so it wasn’t included in my order. However, I never got the refund.


When I picked up my order, I asked an employee about the refund but she was completely unhelpful. Said that she could not do anything about it and sent me off. So unprofessional. It’s been a couple days, and I’m still waiting for the money. What do I do?

Sorry for the confusion. If an item was cancelled from your order, we will not charge you for it. We will only charge you for the items that you receive. I will send you a PM to further assist.
