Item is now on sale

I bought an item on November 14, it is now on sale. I was going to return and repurchase at the lower price, but can I contact Sephora and just have a price adjustment instead?

I have a question. Sorry I know it's not posted in appropriate thread. During Sephora collection 30% off sale , will SC items already in sale be applicable for the 30% off discount as well or only for regular priced merchandise ? I know I've received it on sale items before online but I'm planning to shop in store.
