'Item is Out of Stock'

So I've been having a technical problem for some time now (two weeks). Essentially, when I try to place an order, no matter what, a popup window appears saying 'Sorry, your basket contains item(s) that are now out of stock. The item(s) will be removed when you checkout.'

 

So, I can't place an order, because it just keeps coming up. I deleted my cache and cookies, but nothing works. If anyone else has had the same problem, please let me know how to fix it. It's super annoying.

Alright, friends. So I logged out and made a new account with a spare email. And the order went through? So I guess its a problem with my regular account. RIP to the points I could've earned on that order.

Hi @Anonymous! It sounds like there may be some kind of glitch in your shopping basket.  The only way I know to override this is to give us a call when you're ready to place your order and your basket will reset once we do that for you! Please call 1-877-737-4672 whenever you're ready!
