Item in Sephora same day delivery order was out of stock, still have not gotten refund

I placed a Sephora Same Day delivery order and I was notified after that one of the items was out of stock and it would be deducted from the price of the order. I still have not gotten refunded for the item.

@shamsheer Typically when an item is out of stock, you are only charged for the available item(s). I will send you a PM for more information.
