Issues with samples??

Lately I've noticed how off receiving samples has been... it started with receiving the wrong ones but with my most recent order I didn't get any! Really disappointed too because I was really looking forward to trying the products I was supposed to get samples of. Why bother shopping through the app or online if we don't get the perks? What's going on?

I just had that happen too. my most recent order had 3 of the same samples haphazardly thrown into the box. I can't use the samples I received either as I am allergic to an ingredient. in store you don't get samples and rarely find a cast member who is willing to make you one. I hope sephora switches back to ups. Lasership keeps leaving my packages on the edge of my porch instead of close to the house. I keep feeling like someone is going to take them.
