Issues with 20^

It’s just a frustration - I went to the store and they didn’t have an item they said it was available online  and that I could order it and get the 20% discount but she Rang me up at the store with the 3 items I purchased and used the 20 % now that I’m trying to buy the items online it says one time uses if that was the case I could have purchased everything online . I contacted customer service and they said just go and return all items and that should allow you to use the coupon again - it upsets me because now I have to go back waste my time gas ect becauise I was told differently. There other stores offering the same discount i love Sephora but I didn’t appreciate the blah answers and carelessness of customer service !
