Issues w/connecting VIB account to online account

Hi!


I earned my VIB status by giving the same email address making in-store purchases that I use to log in on Sephora.com, but somehow it doesn't show my VIB status when I am logged in and try to place an online order. I have tried to follow the prompts once I'm logged in to "sign up for VIB" for the past several days, on multiple devices, but it freezes every time. I'm really disappointed because I wanted to take advantage of the VIB 20% off sale and could not get to a store. I thought I had through today to do so, but apparently I've missed it due to this technical issue with the site. Please help me link my VIB to my online account so I can place my order.....
