'Invalid Zip Code' For Rouge Fall Preview Sign-Up

Is anyone else having difficulties signing up to attend the Holiday Preview event? I've tried both on my phone and laptop with multiple different zip code. Each time I put one in I get a message saying that it's invalid and I can't continue.

Hi! This happened to me as well the first time I tried to sign up. I just went back to the email and tried with my store's email and then continued with the rest of the sign up process. I was using my phone. Try to check the zip code of your store before you try it. I'm less than 2 miles away and is a completely different zip code. Hope this helps! Good luck!

If you are having trouble signing up for the event, please try switching browsers. If you are on a cell phone, please try signing up on a laptop or desktop computer. If the issue continues, please send me a private message, so that I can look into this further for you. Thanks!

Android/Chrome worked just fine for me a few minutes ago. ☺️

Cindy inspired me to try on my iPad using chrome, and it worked this time.

I just tried to RSVP & I didn't run into any problems- I'm using Chrome on my MacBook, if that helps anyone 🙂

The email I received said that sign-ups start tomorrow, Thursday August 31st at 3pm PST. So, it could be giving you an error until that time. @Audrey6532

**EDIT: Clicking on the link shows that in fact it opens TODAY, Wednesday, but still not until 3pm PST

That's funny. Mine doesn't show any of that. Seems there were two waves of notifications though.

Hi all!

If you are still having difficulties signing up, please try clearing out your cookies/cache and starting a new browser! Some clients have reported that this has resolved the issue. Also, some of the stores have already reached the maximum capacity:(!
