Insider Points not showing up online

Hi there I made a purchase at a JCP sephora w/ my beauty insider card 3/17/2013. The points are not showing up online. Maybe my inside card needs linked to my email address? Please help!? thanks =)

im having a similar problem, ever since Black Friday I've been making purchases but my points haven't added up all the way & it says that I only have 100 points & I know that I've purchased way more than 100. ps. I have not used my points to get any of the point perks.
