Incomplete order

I placed my order with some the ordinary stuff and applied some coupons because I had spent $ 25, including a free sample of a rare beauty lipstick. the code was "GRATITUDE" and when I received my package that sample was missing. in the summary and receipt of my order is in the list of products shipped. How can I get my free sample?
