In stock item canceled from order

After having multiple entire orders canceled, now one in-stock item was canceled from the order I was finally able to make. Insult to injury, the full amount including proper tax was not refunded. 

 

Seriously, who is running this company? I cannot wait to get rid of this gift card and be done with Sephora. The irony is that this was a birthday gift, and I've spent hours of aggravation trying to use it.

I actually had/have private messaging turned on. I guess that's another issue to add to the collection.

 

And I have *never* seen chat available.
