In-Store Return

Hello! I recently bought a new Tower 28 concealer this week. When I got home and tried it on my face the shade was way too light!😅 I wanted to know if it is possible to return the item to the store I bought it from without the original packaging. Would they take just the concealer back? Could I do an exchange? Thanks!

@alondraaa7 Yes, you should still be able to return the item without its original packaging within our return/exchange policy timeframe. I suggest contacting your local Sephora store for more information. thanks!
