In Store Issue

Today, while at the Columbus Circle Sephora location in New York, I saw a sign indicating that the Bareminerals GenNude Lipglosses were on sale for $10. I thought this sign was old because I remember this deal happening last week so I found an employee and asked if the sign was correct. I even mentioned my hesitation but she assured me that the sign was correct and the lipglosses were still on sale so I got one. Because I was getting other items, I did not notice until I got home that I was charged the full $18. I would like to know if I can be reimbursed for the $8 extra I was charged, as an employee directly informed me that I would only be charged $10. I have the receipt and all information should I need to give it.
