I would like to get refund

Hi. I placed two orders online of Dior mini lipsticks sets. Both of them are cancelled due to some troubles with my payment, I'm afraid I entered the address wrong. Can I get refunds for both of them?

Hi @Khanhlinh1171. If your orders were cancelled due to unsuccessful authorizations, we reverse the funds immediately. If you see a pending charge, it is due to that authorization amount being held until your financial institution releases the returned funds back to your account. It can take up to 7 business days to see authorization holds settle.
