I received wrong free samples

I recently purchased an item from Sephora and they let me to select three samples. I received the purchase item, but I with it wrong free samples. Can I exchange them at the store or what else can I do?

Hey @Anonymous, for samples "substitutions will be made for out of stock samples". Also, Sephora is unable to reship you your requested sample. If you are interested in a certain sample, I'd recommend just going into a store and asking a Cast Member to make you a sample of it. Hope this helps!
