I'm extremely upset

In august ~ I made a total of 19 orders and spent $965.50. I did this ALREADY as a Rouge member BTW so I could have easily spent my money at Dermstore or neiman or nordstroms or ulta. But I didn't Bc I love your samples. However ~ out of 19 orders = 4 had ZERO samples in them. And in spite of selecting the best samples for each order and showing in my account as SHIPPED I only received 4 samples I chose out of a total of the 57 I was supposed to receive. Four!!!! I feel like returning ALL of my merchandise and repurchasing it from other places because what is the point of passing up gifts with purchase if I can't even get one simple set of samples that I chose correctly ONE TIME out of a month of spending $965.50?! How can you ever even fix this???

all my orders come with no samples or the wrong ones which are unusable by me 😞
