I got a VIB coupon but im a Rouge member

I check the mail today and I got a sephora coupon for the beauty insider sale in November. It made it very clear on the coupon I was a VIB so I wouldnt be getting the Rouge coupon. Im confused because I'm a Rouge member so I'd like to be getting the ROUGE coupons! How can I get the rouge coupons for that sale? I spend alot of money at sephora and a good discount is nice every once and a while!!

@Midgie17 Yes, as long as you are currently Rouge you are eligible for the Rouge discount starting on 10/30.

Thank you! I havent gotten any emails with rouge coupons about this and I received the VIB 15% off thing...I dont mind using it but I spend alot of money and if I have the rouge title I want to get the perks even if it's not much

It sounds as though you received the VIB mailer in error and I am sorry for any confusion caused. The promo code will be the same for all tiers, and if your account is in Rouge status, then you will receive the 20% off promotion. Emails have not gone out just yet, please stay tuned!
