I didnt get points

So I’m a beauty insider and I bought an item, (The Dae hair wand) and I gave the lady my number but when I walked to my car and checked the app, I didn’t t add my points. I’m not sure if she got the wrong number, or they take awhile to show up, but they aren’t there. There is a bar code on the receipt so I’m not sure if I can scan that or something but pease let me know what I should do. 🙂
