I did not receive my credit card

I applied for my Sephora credit card a few weeks ago and I got an email on Monday saying that my card arrived. I have checked multiple times and my card is not in my mailbox. I have called the number numerous times and nobody can help me! I need to place an order soon for Christmas gifts and it won't let me use the temporary card AT ALL. This is beyond frustrating.

@lydeuhsey3566 I'm so sorry to hear this. We do not have access to Comenity's system, so I would recommend contacting them directly for further assistance.
