I cannot get any credit cards to be accepted by Sephora...help!

Sephora has denied all payment methods I've tried to use -- multiple different credit cards, debit cards, my partner's credit card, etc. I know for a fact I am entering in correct information. I have this issue on the app and website. I have been regularly experiencing this issue for 6+ months. It is extremely frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this? Have you been able to resolve it?
