I can’t claim or redeem birthday gift! Please help

Hi,

 

I can’t seem to redeem my birthday gift. Every time I try to add the NARS birthday gift set to my cart, the error message “One of more SKUs in provided sku list cannot be purchased.” I have tried multiple times. I wasn’t sent a birthday gift reminder and am only purchasing stuff now. I don’t want to find time and have to call the help number either.

 

Please help! 🥺
