I can’t add free samples

I wanted to place an order with the total purchase of 139$ before taxes and excited to add some sample in my basket so I can pick it up tomorrow. However, it keeps saying “Merchandise, excluding gift cards, must be included in your order to qualify for this offer.”??? I tried to do it on the website as well as delete and reinstall the app but the error isn’t fixed.

@KateTr0707 I'm sorry for the confusion! The Beauty Offers aren't able to be added if your are placing a Buy Online, Pick Up order, as our stores do not typically have them available to include.
