I am unable to post any reviews

I have been trying to post multiple reviews for the past few months, and each time I get an error screen and that posting a review is unavailable at this time and to check back at a later time. I have been trying this for weeks, and nothing. I have even tried the app, desktop, and my phone to try and leave a review but nothing will work. I know I have never reviewed this product before, so I can't be doing a review twice. What can I do to fix this glitch?
