I am so disappointed that I didn't get my samples!

I receive my order and was so disappointed that I didn't receive my samples! Some of them were even specifically listed in my order receipt -- specifically I had hoped to try these: "Dior Capture Totale Super Potent Rich Cream samples" and "Guerlain Abeille Royale Youth Watery Oil samples".  I also spent a bit extra to qualify for a "Beauty Sample Kit" which I chose from a selection but I got another sample kit that contains many products I will not use.

I am *so* disappointed!

Why would I ever choose specific samples ever again if I know that my selection is meaningless?!?
