How to return a product by mail? (No Sephora stores near me)

I received a Shiseido sunscreen that is far too fragrant for me to use as I am very fragrance sensitive. This was an online order and I need to return it by mail. I looked around the menu but I could not find to do this. Also, how long do I have from the date of the order to return it? Thank you! I'm sure this information is on the app somewhere but I could not find it.
