How to link phone number to account?

Every time I shop in Sephora I give them my phone number and I’ve realized that it seems as though my Sephora account used through the app may be separate and not linked to that phone number (As if I were to have two separate accounts). Is it possible to link it and have my points combined so there can be only one account?
