How to get a job at Sephora?

I remember being a middle school kid, walking into Sephora and buying my first eyeshadow pallet: two faced natural. Fast forward to 21 years old, I’ve worked a ton of customer service jobs. It has always been my dream to work at Sephora. I love the environment and helping people feel beautiful. I think it would be a job I’d like to keep for many years. I was wondering if anybody has any tips or information about working at Sephora? I’m moving to a new state and town and there’s a huge mall. They aren’t hiring at the moment but I want to use this time to fully prepare myself. Thank you for your help!
