How to change my BI online # to the same # on my BI card.

Hi,

I registered for a Beauty Insider Card in store and made an account online using the same email and details I gave in store. The problem is that the two accounts are not connected (both have different number codes) so is it possible to merge the two? I want my BI online number to be the same as my BI card number.

I had the same problem. You just need to call customer service and they can merge the two.
