How long does it take for customer service to respond?

Sephora automatically cancelled my order and when I called customer service the agent did not know why it was cancelled but she said she put in a support ticket. I've yet to hear from anyone and it's been a week. That is really crappy customer service!!

I never received any email or response from Sephora in reference to my order. It's just very disappointing given how much money I've spent and years I've been a customer.
