How do I use the "Hello! Most loved beauty" coupons?

Has anyone else used the 15% off coupons in the Hello! Most loved beauty pack? I can't figure out how to redeem the code. Every time  I enter, it says the code doesn't exist. It's still valid until sep 30, 2021. I've tried both the main code and the teeny tiny one on the barcode, but no luck. What am I doing wrong?
