How do I link my in-store issued beauty insider card to my online account?

I'm fairly sure that the email account I provided when initially creating my beauty insider account is one that I later deleted, and I'd like to link my in-store rewards account with my online rewards account. I haven't yet placed an order online but will momentarily and it would be nice to combine all of my points before the end of the year.
