How do I get my VIB gift?

I got a notification a couple weeks ago that I can get the VIB gift because I recently upgraded from insider to VIB. I tried adding it to my cart and checking out but it wouldn’t let me. So I took the brush out and now I don’t know how to get it back. Someone please help!!! It looks so cute!!!

@taffytiffXX@I would call customer service to help you. If you can’t get it online you can also pick it up in stores.
