How can I find Sephora credit card account number?

Hi I have just applied for a Sephora credit card in store today. However I have not received any information about the account number. Now I am trying to make online payment but it requires the account number. 

I tried calling Comenity Capital Bank directly but no results. They won’t provide the information without account number. Could anyone help to resolve this issue?
