How Sephora canceled item from my order that still in stock!

Hi everyone! 

 So today I ordered some stuff from my favorite Sephora, everything was good as always UNTIL they canceled my Beauty Insider free fragrance set. 

I always check and add something to try from my offers and promos. 

After ordering they cancelled part of my order (this fragrance set) bcs these products are out of stock.

although you can still add this set to the new order and it's not sold out in any way on app.

HOW YOU CAN EXPLAIN THIS SEPHORA MEMBERS?
