Help! Missing item from my order

Hi, today I receive my package from sephora and when I opened it I notice an item was missing from the package, I don't know what to do because the item appears to be shipped with the others in the same box at least in the order information. The item I ordered is charged in the billing and it's also charged in my order information on the website. The item I missing is the Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance™ Shampoo 8.5 oz/ 250 mL . Can somebody please help me out with this problem. I really was looking forward to use the shampoo and now I don't know if I will ever receive it. I want a refund or the item itself because that shampoo is pretty pricey.
