Havenโ€™t received my refund

I made an online purchase through Klarna and then returned a couple of items in store recently. No issue there but normally I would receive my refund right away and Klarna will adjust the instalments accordingly. I have reported the return to Klarna on the same day and within hours they confirmed that that return was made and adjusted the instalments, but I have yet to receive the refund. Iโ€™ve never had this issue when I used Klarna and made returns with other stores. Also, when I returned the items in store, I asked the teller to email the receipt, but I never received the email. Has anyone experienced this?

If your item was originally purchased online and then returned in store, please see the information below:

 

If Sephora receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card of your choice. This credit will not be applied to your Klarna account and you must continue to make payments to Klarna per the original agreement.
If Sephora receives your new or gently used item within 31โ€“60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a Sephora store credit that can be used at Sephora stores but is not valid for use on sephora.com. This credit will not be applied to your Klarna account and you must continue to make payments to Klarna per the original agreement.

Thank you for the help, but I already read the return policy and it doesnโ€™t answer my question or my concerns. I made the return within 30 days of purchase. The teller said the refund will go back to my credit card. I made a partial return, so I understand that I will still need to make instalment payments for the remaining items I kept. I just havenโ€™t received my refund at all even though Sephora confirmed the return with Klarna and Klarna adjusted my payment plan. I think at this point I should just go to the store to see if they can confirm that the refund had been properly sent to the correct credit card and my bank is just taking its sweet time. Im just concerned because I didnโ€™t receive an email of the return and im worried that my refund was processed incorrectly.

@Kmk62 it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card. if the refund hasn't posted within this timeframe, I recommend contacting the Sephora store directly to see if a Beauty Advisor or a Store Director can look into this for you. I'm sorry for this experience!
