Haven't received a notice for VIB status?

My account was recently upgraded to VIB status, but I have yet to receive an email about that. 

I also heard VIBs get a 10% discount as a "welcome gift" of 10% off your next order. Is that included in the email as well?

Keely's suggestion of going to the store is great- they have new silver VIB cards in the welcome kit that comes with free shipping and makeover coupons and other cool stuff!

Hi Sincerelyjennie.  You should receive the welcome email within 2 weeks of qualifying. If you are near one of our stores, you can pick up a welcome box which includes the coupon.
