HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

I had places two different orders and they had been merged into one package by Sephora- tracking showed that the one package had arrived. However, upon opening it, only one order was inside. I contacted customer service about this as it was my first time ordering to which the advisor acknowledged the mistake and agreed to give me a store credit for this but then said the system could not do so and there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind, this was $50 worth of missing items. So I asked to speak to the manager who was even more incompetent and essentially said sorry we can’t do anything contact the delivery company?? Why would I do that when the package clearly arrived but ONE order was missing from it? In the end she said she couldn’t help and that she was now ending the chat. How disrespectful is that? I will never be ordering from them again and if you value your money, neither should you.

Just so everyone knows. They like to post this message to make it seem like they’re helping when they do nothing. I got an message asking for my order number, gave my number and was told they could not help. Sephora and all their customer service is absolutely garbage. Never spending my money here again.
