HELP!! Never received credit card

It has been over 10 business days since I applied for the credit card and I have not received it yet. I used the credit as soon as I got approved. I am very stressed about it because I know i must have a bill for the item that I purchased that day and I haven't been able to pay it. I'm scared it will affect my credit and it will force me to pay really high late fees because I don't have a way to pay it off!!!

HI, I HAVE BEEN A SEPHORA CC MEMBER FOR YEARS! MINE LITERALLY EXPIRED AND DIDNT EVEN REALIZE IT. I CALL SUPPORT AND THEY TELL ME APPARENTLY, THEY HAVE SENT IT OUT THREE TIMES. UMM IM SORRY YOU HAVE NOT. SINCE YOU SEE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ACTIVATED. THIS CONVO WAS THE LAST SEMI SALE. SO, I DID NOT SHOP. NOW I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN BC I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY UPDATED CARD.

I been waiting almost a year they said it was returned this is the 6 th card but I get my statement just fine. I have another credit card with Comenity bank with no problem it’s something with Sephora card. I wish Sephora will do something where it can be digital online or something so we can order online instead of going to the store since they can’t get the damn credit card straightened out,
