HELP! My order says Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi,

I have tried to place an order for 1rt time, but it says "unsuccessful authorization". I checked with Paypal nothing is wrong.

I know that the shipping address is different from the billing address, since I live outside of the US. 

Can someone please help me?
