HELP! MISSING POINTS!

PLEASE HELP! I have spent A LOT of time and money saving up my points, and after spending almost $200 today at Sephora on a Foreo, I hit 1319! I've got my receipt to show it! But about 10min ago while browsing online, my points vanished randomly! On my computer AND mobile app. Every now and then it shows "VIB" under my name but if I click my account, it asks if I want to join the insider program?? I've been an insider for I think 8 years now?? I'm unable to DM any mods without "joining". I am too paranoid to hit join, i'm scared hitting join will reset my points and think i'm a new insider. I am FREAKING OUT! Ugh please please please someone from customer support help me. I want to cry right now. I have seen a lot of threads about this and saw mods saying they would DM the person posting, so here I am, please help me :'(

Hi @Koko333 I'm so sorry for the confusion! Our system was down briefly for maintenance. You should be able to see your points and status now 🙂
