HELP!How do I exchange a beauty product by mail?

I recently brought a foundation from Sephora.com. However, the shade doesn't match with my skin. I don't want to refund the product, I only want to switch the shade. What do I do?

I am sorry that the foundation shade does not work for you. We are unable to exchange items through mail, we are only able to offer a refund or you can exchange the product in stores once they have reopened. I hope that this helps.
