You get one promo code an order and i used the Gucci perfume one because I like perfume. But then I get an email saying it’s not available. Can you give me another promo? Can I choose two in the future?! This is not the first time it’s happened to me , when I use a promo code for something and that thing is not available. You take my order but not my promo code. Not happy

This is super frustrating! It’s happened to me a couple times recently too. If they are out of the item for the promo then they should not let it be added. I was notified the following day and spoke to someone about it online to try and get another item but they said they could not add anything. I find that very surprising. It’s a crappy way for them to do things
