Glow recipe vitamin c serum looks watery& has glob

I just purchased the vitamin c serum by glow recipe and it was delivered yesterday. While opening& putting it away I noticed it looked weird. It looks water& has a weird orange blob inside. Like a weird orange misshapen lump. It's that normal? It's super watery btw
