Gift card stone before could yse

My husband recently bought me a gift card for our an icy and when I went to use it at the store it wouldn’t work. He purchased it at CVS and it stated activated. When he called Sephora they said it was stolen online somehow on a different date by someone in Canada. Cvs will not refund the money and Sephora customer service said they wouldn’t either. Shouldn’t Sephora refund it since the get paid from CVS? It was a $100 card. I have the receipt and all.

Sephora is doing nothing to help us. Let’s report them to the FTC and to the BBB … we don’t deserve to be cheated!
I am all in for a class action lawsuit. 
And let’s take this to Twitter. We’ll make them take responsibility.
