Gift card number scratched off

In an attempt to reveal my gift card number I scratched off the whole gift card number but the pin is available. Please help me redeem my card

This happened to me today. I tried to use my $100 gift card in store, but after handing the card to the cashier, the card number next to the PIN was smeared. Scanning or swiping did not work, and I was told it wouldn’t work even online since I need the entire card number. I’m missing four digits!

This happened to me this morning. Chat said they couldn’t help and provided a customer service number. I was transferred several times and did not get resolved. I have $100 gift card that was a gift from my husband. The last 3 digits of the card number and the last 4 of the pin are gone!

Thanks for replying! The representative in the Chat said there was nothing that could be done. They did not ask for a picture of the gift card. Guess I'll be trying out numbers till I find it!

@6329Nancy Oh no! You would need to gift card number in order to use it online. It may still be able to be scanned or swiped in store.
