Gift card not working

I completed my order with my gift card, but got cancelled right after it said it's done. There's even no any message to me telling that my order has been cancelled until I checked my account!

 

I kept trying with different payment for the rest balance. But it didnt work. 

 

I am ordering a birthday gift for my friend!!!

the chat services is not available for over 24 hours already, what can i do? Can you please just update my order record?

@DaneeBT it doesnt help! The CS said she helped me verified the gift card, but my new order also got cancelled! and now she said need to wait 48 hours for resolving the ISSUE! I took a week to buy a gift set for my friend's birthday. Ridiculous. If your system cant support gift card for online payment, then you should not issue the gift card. It's now 2024, and Sephora is unable to use their gift card! Is it acceptable? NOT!
