Gift Return by Mail not processed - PLEASE HELP!!

Hello,
I mail returned a Gift order from Sephora.com on June 23, after calling CS to initiate the Gift Return process under my account (per Gift Return policy) since the order arrived to me without any gift receipt or invoice.

The CS agent provided a prepaid return shipping label via USPS, confirmed delivery on June 26.

After nearly 5 months and numerous phone calls to CS, I have yet to still receive any online credit applied to my account for the multiple items returned.

I am beyond frustrated at this point!
Please HELP resolve this, so I can shop the Holiday Sale!!
