Gift Card not Working

As many people have also experienced, my gift card I received for my birthday would not work when I went to the store on 6/30/2024. I was told it was not activated when I know it was. It’s embarrassing as a customer. I was told that there is not a whole lot that can be done.

The best thing all of us can do who are experiencing this, is to report these issues to the FTC. This is not acceptable as Sephora is pocketing money and customers are not able to use their credits.
