Gift Card invalid number

I’m trying to purchase something from Sephora via the gift card I was given last Christmas, i put the numbers in perfectly multiple times and it continually says that the number is invalid when it’s not.

I feel your pain. I have the same problem and have called and tried live chat with no help. For some reason their chat function will not accept a photo of the gift card. I got this card for Christmas and I live more than two hours from a Sephora, so I guess I'll never use it, since I can't use it online. Meanwhile it says it CAN be used online on the back of the card. I went to the help part of the web and the photos of gift cards there do not look like mine. What a waste of $50. I told my husband to never give me one again.
